No — each bag type has its own cleaning process and purpose to ensure your items get the care they need. Please make sure to sort your laundry into the correct bags before pickup.

• 💗 Delicate Bag: For items that require no heat. Washed on a gentle cycle, air-dried, and folded.

• 🤍 Linen Bag: For towels, sheets, and bed linens. Washed cold, dried on medium, and folded.

Each bag is handled separately by our team to maintain fabric quality and freshness — so be sure to place items in their proper bags for the best results.

To complete the challenge, you’ll need to:

• Complete 4 weekly pickups — one each week for 4 weeks. You don’t have to use every bag type, but each pickup must include at least one Wash & Fold Bag of laundry.

• Attend all 3 short calls — Onboarding, Mid-Challenge Check-In, and Graduation.

• Submit your testimonials — share your experience with a written review and photo on Google, Facebook, and Instagram (story tag required).

Once all 4 pickups, 3 calls, and testimonials are complete, your $299 deposit unlocks as laundry credits toward your eligible subscription plan. 🎉

Participation in the Clean by Halloween Laundry Challenge requires a $299 credit deposit.

This deposit is completely refundable at any time — no fees, penalties, or deductions apply.

Upon successful completion of the challenge requirements (4 weekly pickups, 3 calls, and testimonial submissions), the $299 deposit will be returned as laundry credits applicable only to eligible subscription plans — specifically:

• The 2-Bag Plan or 4-Bag Plan monthly subscriptions.

• For customers who choose the 4-Bag Plan with 12-month prepayment, the full $299 credit will be applied immediately at signup.

• For customers who choose a monthly plan, the $299 credit will be distributed evenly over 12 months as monthly credits.

If a participant chooses not to continue with a subscription plan after completing the challenge, they may request a full refund of their $299 deposit, which will be processed within 3–5 business days.

By joining the Clean by Halloween Laundry Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is refundable only as described above, and that laundry credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used toward eligible Laundry Brothers plans.
