How we compare

The honest comparison.

National uniform and linen companies serve a purpose — but long-term contracts, minimum volumes, and bundled invoicing aren’t right for every business. Here’s how TLB compares.

What we do differently

The fees you justhelped us name —we don't charge them.

Every account operates on the same terms — no tiers, no special treatment for big logos, and none of the buried line items the analyzer just walked you through.

Fixed pricing. No surcharges.

No fuel fees, no environmental levies, no lost-linen charges buried in the invoice. The fees we just helped you find — gone.

No long-term lock-in.

12-month agreements, month-to-month after. Cancel when we stop earning the work — no liquidated-damages exit penalty.

Volume that flexes with you.

±20% variance week to week without amending anything. No minimum-volume make-up charges if you have a quiet week.

Next-day delivery, standard.

Pickup today, back tomorrow. No 2–3 day waits. Every account, every week.

Same driver, same account manager.

In-house staff only — no subcontractors. The same faces show up every week.

Is this invoice analyzer really free?

Yes. Upload any commercial laundry invoice — Cintas, Alsco, Vestis, Aramark, Unifirst, or any other uniform/linen vendor — and get an instant on-screen breakdown of your fee bleed and contract exposure. No signup to see the headline number; we ask for your name and email only to email you the full report.

What hidden fees show up on Cintas, Alsco, and Vestis invoices?

The most common ones we surface: fuel surcharge (typically 6–18% of subtotal), environmental fee (3–8%), loss/damage waiver or LDW (5–12%), merchandise replacement charges, minimum-volume make-up charges, and admin or 'service' fees. Most contracts also include auto-renewal windows of 60–90 days and liquidated-damages clauses calculated as a multiple of remaining contract value.

What does the analyzer actually do?

It uses computer vision to read every line item on your invoice, classifies each as either a physical good (a uniform, mat, mop, linen — something with a quantity) or a fee (a surcharge billed on top), totals the fees, and normalizes that figure to a weekly, annual, and multi-year loss number. You see what you're losing in fees alone — not a quote, not a price comparison, just a mirror of your invoice.

Is my invoice data private?

The raw invoice file is processed in memory and discarded after the analysis runs — we never save the original PDF or photo. The extracted structured data (line items, fees, totals) and your name and email are stored privately in our own database so we can prepare your walkthrough and improve the tool over time. We do not share, sell, or train external models on your data.

Will the analyzer show me how much I can save by switching?

No, and that's deliberate. The exact recoverable amount depends on your contract terms, your volume, and your local market — we cover all of that in person at the walkthrough. The analyzer is built to quantify what you're already losing, not to quote you. That's a separate conversation.

How accurate is the fee extraction?

We use a vision-capable model to read your invoice. It does well on clearly typeset PDFs and well-lit phone photos. Blurry or partial photos can confuse it. If the model isn't confident, the tool tells you so instead of inventing numbers — you can retry with a clearer photo, or just send the invoice over and a human on our team will read it.

Does the analyzer work for Aramark and Unifirst invoices too?

Yes. It works for any commercial laundry, uniform rental, or linen-service invoice — Cintas, Alsco, Vestis (formerly Aramark Uniform Services), Canadian Linen, Unifirst, G&K, Mission Linen, or any regional vendor. The fee categories are similar across the industry.

What happens after I submit my name and email?

You see your full report on-screen immediately: sunk-cost estimate, five-year fee exposure, your fee breakdown line by line, and a checklist of clauses to look for in your contract. You'll also get the report by email and we'll reach out to schedule a free in-person walkthrough where we go through your numbers and your contract together.
