  • After the 4 weeks are done, we give you all $299 back as laundry credits. You can use these credits toward our 2-bag or 4-bag monthly plans, and the credits are spread across 6 or 12 months, depending on what you choose.

    ​We also offer a prepay discount if you choose to prepay for 12 months, so you save even more.

  • Your laundry is handled only by our trained in-house staff. We never send your clothes to a third party. Your items go into your own machine, and they are never mixed with anyone else’s.

  • We typically return your laundry the next day, but in some cases, if your items require more processing time, we will communicate with you.
