- Yes — pickup and delivery is the default way we work, not an add-on. Drop your postal code into the booking form and we'll confirm you're in our service zone instantly. We use in-house drivers (not gig workers), so the same small team handles your pickups consistently and knows your preferences over time.
- Next-day turnaround on wash & fold and dry cleaning — pick up today, back tomorrow. Commercial accounts are scheduled to match your operational needs — daily, every-other-day, or weekly rotations are all standard. If you've got a rush item or specialty piece, flag it at booking and we'll confirm the fastest realistic turnaround.
- Every order is backed by our Service Quality Re-clean guarantee — if anything comes back not right (stain still there, item missing, fold or press quality off), we fix it free. First-time residential customers also get a First Pickup Money-Back Guarantee: if you're not happy with your first pickup, you don't pay. Commercial accounts have SLAs built directly into the service agreement.
