Yes. Volume flexes ±20% week to week at no extra cost and without paperwork. For peak-season surges above that, we give hotels 48 hours notice of any temporary capacity adjustment.
How are damaged or heavily stained items handled?
Every return includes a damaged-item flag with a photo and description. You decide whether to replace from par stock or let us attempt re-treatment. We don't hide damage or charge for items we lost.
