- We clean linens that your restaurant owns. If you have an existing linen inventory — tablecloths, napkins, aprons — we pick them up, launder them to standard, and return them ready for service. We don't supply or rent linen stock.
- Yes. Restaurant linens come in with food and beverage staining as standard. We pre-treat stains and use appropriate wash cycles for fabric types. Items that can't be restored are flagged and returned separately so you can make replacement decisions.
- Tablecloths and napkins are pressed and returned folded to your specification. If you have a presentation standard, tell us on your first pickup and we'll match it on every return.
- Next day as standard. We pick up in the evening or early morning and return before your next service window. If your operation needs a specific turnaround to meet a Friday dinner or weekend brunch schedule, we build the route around that.
- Yes. Many restaurant accounts send staff uniforms — chef whites, front-of-house shirts, aprons — alongside their table linen. We handle both in the same pickup and return them together.
- Your pricing is fixed for 12 months. No long-term lock-in after that — month-to-month once the first year is up. No auto-renewing contracts, no penalties for adjusting volume seasonally. Restaurant volume varies and our pricing accommodates that.
