All garments are washed at high temperature with sanitizing agents to industry standard — appropriate for clinical environments. We offer per-garment processing or wash-and-fold by bag, depending on your account's needs.
- We wash clinical garments at high temperature and use chemical sanitizers designed for healthcare laundry. This process is sufficient to eliminate bacteria and contaminants at industry-standard levels. If your facility has a specific internal protocol, we're happy to review it and align our process accordingly.
- Yes. We offer per-garment processing where items are handled and counted individually — useful for accounts that need to track garments by employee or department. For simpler needs, we also offer wash-and-fold by bag at a flat rate.
- Medical and dental clinics, physiotherapy and rehabilitation centres, gyms and fitness studios, spas, massage therapy practices, veterinary clinics, and senior care facilities — any environment where staff wear uniforms that need regular, reliable cleaning.
- We lock your pricing for 12 months — no surprise rate increases mid-contract. There's no long-term commitment beyond that. If the service works, you stay. If it doesn't, you leave. We don't use auto-renewing contracts or minimum-term penalties.
- We build a pickup schedule around your operation — daily, every other day, or weekly, depending on your volume and rotation. Your garments are collected, cleaned overnight, and returned the next day. Same driver, same account manager, every pickup.
