Wash & Fold Laundry
- Book online, leave your bags out on your scheduled pickup day (no need to be home), and our driver grabs them. Your laundry comes back fresh, folded, and ready to put away the next day. You can book one-time pickups or set it on recurring so you never think about laundry again.
- Pick the window that works for you when you book: 6am–9am (early morning), 9am–1pm (mid-morning), or 6pm–10pm (evening). Same driver, same window every time on recurring pickups.
- We price per bag, not per pound — so no anxiety about overstuffing. Wash & Fold bag: $85 (holds 3–5 standard loads). Linen bag: $50 (holds 3–4 standard loads — sheets, duvet covers, towels). Delicate bag: $30 (holds 1 load — items that need a gentler cycle). Minimum order: $60 for residential pickups. If you laundry regularly, our Clean By Spring Challenge ($299 for 4 weekly pickups) locks in a better per-bag rate and ascends into our monthly subscription tiers.

Dry Cleaning
- Pretty much everything in your 'nice clothes' rotation — suits, blazers, dress shirts, blouses, dresses, pants, skirts, ties, coats, wool sweaters, silk pieces, and formalwear. We also handle specialty items like wedding dresses, leather, suede, and household pieces like duvets, comforters, and curtains. Not sure about a specific item? Ask before booking and we'll tell you straight up.
- Same system as wash & fold. Book online, leave your items out on your scheduled day (bagged or hung — your choice), and we pick them up in your selected window: 6am–9am, 9am–1pm, or 6pm–10pm. Items come back pressed, on hangers, in protective garment bags the next day.
- We price per item, with transparent pricing ranging from $9 to $35 depending on the garment. Standard shirts and basic items sit at the lower end; suits, dresses, and specialty pieces price higher. You see exact pricing per item when you book. No order minimum for dry cleaning — send one shirt or thirty, same service. If you dry clean regularly, The Wardrobe Subscription locks in better per-garment pricing across three tiers (Essentials, Pro, Executive).
- Next-day turnaround on standard dry cleaning. Specialty items (wedding dress preservation, leather, suede, heavy alterations) take longer — we'll confirm the realistic timeline at booking.
- We inspect every item before cleaning and flag anything we're worried about — stains, weak seams, missing buttons — so there are no surprises. - If we spot something we don't think we can clean safely (delicate vintage, severe stain, structural damage), we return the item as-is, notify you first, and refund that portion of the order. We never gamble with your nice clothes.
- Yes. Everything comes back professionally pressed, on hangers, in clear garment bags. Shirts can come back hung or folded (your choice in your profile). Pants are pressed with a clean crease. Suits come back as a set so jackets and pants stay matched.

Commercial Accounts
- We work with businesses that have recurring linen, towel, uniform, or laundry needs: restaurants (linens, napkins, aprons, kitchen towels), gyms & fitness studios (towels, mats), hair & beauty salons (towels, capes, smocks), Airbnbs & short-term rentals (sheets, duvet covers, towels), and medical & dental clinics (uniforms, linens, gowns). If your business has a recurring laundry need, we can probably build a program around it.
- Every commercial account is custom-quoted. Pricing depends on volume, frequency, item mix, and route logistics. We scope it on a discovery call and lock in flat pricing for your contract term — no surprise rate hikes, no per-pickup variability.
- No order minimum on commercial pickups — depending on route logistics, we can be flexible on volume per pickup. Contract term: 12-month initial agreement, then month-to-month after the first year. The 12-month term lets us lock in pricing and route scheduling; after that, you stay only as long as we're earning your business.
- Commercial turnaround is scheduled to match your operational rhythm: daily rotations (for high-volume restaurants, gyms, clinics), every-other-day, or weekly. We build the schedule around your par levels so you never run out of clean inventory. Next-day turnaround is standard for items picked up on a non-daily schedule.
- All of Greater Vancouver — flat-rate pricing, no zone surcharges. We service commercial accounts across the entire metro region with consistent pricing.
- Every commercial account has service-level agreements (SLAs) built directly into the contract — covering damage, loss, turnaround windows, and quality standards. Issues are resolved per the terms of your agreement, not on a case-by-case basis.
- If an item can't be cleaned safely (heavy contamination, damaged fabric, item outside our scope), we return it as-is, notify your account contact first, and credit the order. Same principle as residential — we never gamble with your inventory.
