Do you rent linen or just launder?
Both options are available. We can launder your existing inventory or supply linen on a managed rotation. Most boutique hotels in Greater Vancouver bring their own par stock — we handle the washing, folding, and return.
How do you maintain whiteness standards for hotel linens?
We QA against your specified whiteness and finish standard before every return. Items that don't meet it are re-washed before delivery. No substitutions, no shortcuts.
Can you scale up during peak season without a contract amendment?
Yes. Volume flexes ±20% week to week at no extra cost and without paperwork. For peak-season surges above that, we give hotels 48 hours notice of any temporary capacity adjustment.
How are damaged or heavily stained items handled?
Every return includes a damaged-item flag with a photo and description. You decide whether to replace from par stock or let us attempt re-treatment. We don't hide damage or charge for items we lost.
