Laundry Pickup in Vancouver: What to Expect

Book online, leave your bag at the door, get clean laundry back the next evening. That's the short version. Here's the full picture of what happens at every step — because most people have questions the first time.

How the booking works

We run 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week across all of Greater Vancouver. No fixed routes, no "we only service your neighbourhood on Wednesdays." You pick a 2-hour window that works for you, and we show up in it.

Booking takes about two minutes online. You pick your window, confirm your address, and you're done. You'll get a reminder the morning of your pickup.

First-time customers: we drop a branded reusable bag at your door before your first pickup — no need to have your own. One wash & fold bag holds roughly a standard week of laundry for one or two people. We also have linen bags and delicate bags for those items.

The pickup itself

On pickup day, fill your bag and leave it outside — front door, building lobby, wherever works for you. Our driver picks it up, scans it into the system, and you get a confirmation SMS. That SMS is your signal that the laundry is in our hands.

A few things worth knowing about our drivers: they're in-house employees, not gig-app contractors. This matters for consistency. Gig workers optimise for speed across multiple platforms — our drivers optimise for one job done right. Same team, same faces, same care every pickup.

What happens at the facility

Your laundry runs in its own dedicated machine — your order never gets mixed with someone else's. We use a cold wash by default (better for most fabrics and colours), with the folding style you set at signup.

You choose your preferences once and we apply them automatically:

• Wash temperature: Cold (default), warm, or hot for specific items
• Detergent: Standard, fragrance-free, or hypoallergenic
• Folding style: Flat fold, rolled, or hung for dress shirts
• Special instructions: Anything else — inside-out for dark colours, air-dry for specific items

If you have items that need to be separated — gym clothes away from dress shirts, for example — just note it at booking.

Dry cleaning: same loop, no extra trip

Dry cleaning doesn't need a separate booking. Leave your dry clean items alongside your wash & fold bag on the same pickup — just flag them in the app so we know to treat them differently. They go to our dry cleaning facility and come back the next day, hung on hangers, in garment bags.

Our dry cleaning service covers suits, blazers, silk, wool coats, wedding dresses, and anything else with a "dry clean only" label. Same flat-rate pricing, same re-clean guarantee.

Delivery and the guarantee

Most Vancouver orders are returned the next evening. You'll get an SMS 30 minutes before drop-off so you know when to expect it.
