Do you document wash cycle temperatures for compliance audits?
Yes. Cycle records — temperatures, detergents, and timestamps — are available on request for any batch. We supply these for Fraser Health and IPAC compliance audits.
How do you handle potentially infectious items?
Isolation bagging is standard for flagged items. You bag them separately before pickup; we process them with the appropriate hot-wash protocol. This is documented in your account manifest.
What temperature do you wash clinical linen at?
60°C or higher on all clinical accounts, using commercial-grade detergent. For high-risk items, we can run 71°C+ cycles as required for IPAC compliance.
Can you handle both clinical linens and staff scrubs on the same account?
Yes. Most clinic accounts include scrubs, lab coats, treatment sheets, and towels on a single weekly route. We can sort and process them separately within the same pickup.
