The questionsoperators ask first.
How does washroom supply delivery actually work?
You tell us what you go through in a typical month. We build a refill cadence (usually weekly or bi-weekly) that keeps you’re stocked without overordering. Our existing drivers handle delivery on the same route as your linen pickup — no separate vendor visit, no extra paperwork.
We’re already buying from a janitorial supply company. Why switch?
Two reasons most clients give us. First, bundling means one invoice and one driver instead of coordinating two vendors. Second, we don’t charge surcharges, fuel fees, or minimum-volume penalties. If you’re a current linen customer, adding washroom supplies is a one-email change, no new contract.
Do you carry a specific brand of soap or sanitizer?
Tell us what you currently buy and we'll match or substitute an equivalent. No catalog lock-in. We carry the common formats — foaming and liquid hand soaps, gel and foam sanitizers, and the standard dispenser-compatible refills.
What if we just need a one-time order, not a recurring route?
Yes — we quote and drop-ship one-time orders too. No commitment to a route. If you later want recurring resupply, we fold it into your linen schedule then.
Do you supply dispensers, or just the refills?
Both. We can supply, install, and maintain dispensers (touchless options available) and refill them on your route. Or, if you already have dispensers you like, we just supply the refills.
What about washroom paper towels and toilet paper grades?
We carry standard and jumbo roll toilet paper, centre-pull paper towels, and multi-fold paper towels. Tell us your current grade (1-ply, 2-ply, recycled, virgin fibre) and we'll match it. Health-inspection-compliant grades for restaurants are standard.
