About the role

What you’dbe doing.

The Laundry Brothers' commercial business is built on recurring monthly contracts. As Account Manager you own the post-sale relationship: onboarding new accounts, conducting regular check-ins, handling renewals, and spotting opportunities to deepen the partnership. You're not a cold caller — you're the person our commercial customers call when they need something done. This is a remote role based in Greater Vancouver.

Day to day

Responsibilities.

  • Own a book of commercial accounts across hospitality, fitness, medical, and office verticals
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with key accounts
  • Handle contract renewals and identify upsell or volume-increase opportunities
  • Coordinate with ops to resolve service issues before they become churn risks
  • Onboard new commercial accounts handed off by the sales team
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in Close CRM
  • Track account health metrics and flag at-risk accounts to leadership
What we look for

Qualifications.

Required

  • 2+ years of account management or client success experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing commercial accounts
  • Strong relationship-builder — you remember details, follow through, and earn trust
  • Comfortable managing 30–60 accounts simultaneously with varying needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-directed and organized working remotely

Nice to have

  • Experience managing accounts in hospitality, facilities, or service industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Existing network in Greater Vancouver commercial sectors
