The customer-facing face of TLB. Run a daily pickup and delivery route in our EV fleet — friendly handoffs, predictable schedules, no fuel costs.
About the role
What you’dbe doing.
Drivers are why customers love this service. You're the only TLB person most customers see every week — the same friendly hand picking up the bag and the same friendly hand bringing it back the next evening. We don't use gig drivers; you'll run a defined route, in a branded EV, with the same households on repeat. Predictable. Quiet. Real relationships.
Day to day
Responsibilities.
- Run a daily pickup and delivery route across one of our service zones
- Greet customers professionally; handle bags with care; respect property
- Log every pickup and drop-off accurately in our routing app
- Communicate by SMS for arrival windows, late notices, and unusual circumstances
- Daily vehicle inspection (safety, tires, charge, cleanliness)
- Coordinate with the facility on intake handoff and end-of-day drop
What we look for
Qualifications.
Required
- Valid Class 5 BC driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- At least 2 years of regular driving experience in Greater Vancouver
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and on/off the truck for a full shift
- Friendly, reliable, professional — you're the face of the brand at the door
- Smartphone literate (routing app, SMS, basic photo logging)
Nice to have
- Prior pickup-and-delivery, courier, or last-mile experience
- Familiarity with Greater Vancouver neighbourhoods and traffic patterns
- Customer-service or hospitality background
