About the role

What you’dbe doing.

The Laundry Brothers is one of Greater Vancouver's fastest-growing laundry and dry cleaning pickup-and-delivery companies. We care deeply about quality, consistency, and customer happiness. As a Wash and Fold Professional you'll run individual loads from intake to fold, maintain our production standards, and be a core part of the team that keeps our customers on subscription.

Day to day

Responsibilities.

  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold residential and commercial laundry per company SOPs
  • Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail on every load
  • Track daily production, lbs processed, and time spent
  • Operate commercial washing and drying equipment
  • Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the day
  • Support the team in meeting daily production goals
  • Communicate any issues with equipment, stains, or workflow
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications.

Required

  • Detail-obsessed — crisp folds, clean stacks, and consistent presentation
  • Reliable and punctual — you show up on time, every time
  • Focused and efficient — you work quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Organized — keeps workspaces clean and follows systems
  • Team player in a small, tight-knit crew
  • Ability to lift 25–40 lbs repeatedly

Nice to have

  • Previous laundry or production experience
What we offer

Compensation& perks.

  • Starting pay $17.85/hr with increases every 3 months based on performance
  • Full-time, scheduled 5 days/week — typical shift 10 AM to 6 PM
  • Pay increases every 3 months based on performance and efficiency
