What you’dbe doing.
The Laundry Brothers is growing its commercial business and hiring a B2B Outbound Sales Representative to own that growth. This is a full-cycle hunter role — you prospect, qualify, present, and close. You'll report directly to the leadership team, have real ownership of the commercial sales channel, and build the territory you'll eventually run.
Day to day
Responsibilities.
- Prospect new commercial accounts across Greater Vancouver through outbound outreach and in-person visits
- Qualify prospects, meet with decision-makers onsite, and assess their service needs
- Build and present custom service proposals
- Close new accounts and hand off cleanly to the operations team
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in Close CRM
- Provide market feedback to the leadership team
- Hit weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
What we look for
Qualifications.
Required
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience with a documented track record of prospecting and closing new accounts
- Proven experience generating pipeline through cold calling, door-to-door, networking, or other outbound channels
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfort working independently in the field and managing your own schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Experience selling B2B services to small and medium-sized businesses
- Existing relationships in Greater Vancouver hospitality, fitness, or medical sectors
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
What we offer
Compensation& perks.
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000/year, paid bi-weekly
- Uncapped commission — realistic Year 1 OTE $100,000–$115,000
